Vastu has now become the first most criteria for any home buyer. Majority of the buyer gives preference to the house meeting Vastu norms. This is the reason why most of the builders and real estate developers has now started planning their project as per Vastu . It has been noted in past few years that irrespective of the slowdown in real estate sector, builders with Vastu compliant projects finds it easier to sell their units in comparision to non vastu projects. In last 5-6 years I have given advice to many real estate developers who were finding it difficult selling their properties. We rectified Vastu faults in their projects and they found it to be very helpful to improve the marketability of their projects. The plot’s size, shape, energy level and its surroundings etc., are all important before starting any construction on it. The plan and design of individual unit should also be done as per vastu. It is known that a marketer should sell what the customer demands. So, today the home buyer prefers to buy a Vastu compliant property and the builders should adhere to their demand.
