The place for bore well is Northeast, East or North.

Bore well in Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, South are very bad as per Vastu norms. This could lead to many consequences like financial crisis, Health problem, relationship problem, litigations, quarrel etc.
Bore well should not fall on the diagonal line meeting Northeast and Southwest.
If it is in East or North, it should not cross the area of Northeast.
Swimming pool can be in North-East, North West or West direction.
If the swimming pool has to be on top floor then it should be in South West/ West area.
If the bore-well is outside the premises in common area, it has no impact.
